Job Description: To generate Leads from the Market and Follow Up with them as per their financial needs like Insurance, Mutual Funds, Taxation and close Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather extensive knowledge about various financial products and services related to our company profile. Training will be provided from time to time on financial products.
- Analysis of current market trends and economy and their impact on investments.
- Creating and implementing strategies to source leads through various online and
offline channels (online marketing, corporate activities, social media )
- Engage in business development activities, preparing financial plans for individuals
and corporate houses.
- Implementation of software tools and calculators to capture client financial details and
follow up on client references and engaging in customer relationship management.
- Engage in cold calling to understand financial investment needs and risk tolerance of
clients.
- Support in increasing sales with various outdoor activities and call closures.
Salary: Fixed Salary would be given. Also performance based incentive would be given.
Fixed Salary: Upto 2.4 lacs p.a. + Variable Pay: 10%-100% of Fixed Salary
Transport and Mobile Cost: Reimbursement on Actual Bills (related to the company work) would be given by the company.
